We engage third parties to help operate the platform. These providers receive only the data needed for their task and are not permitted to use it for any other purpose:

• Google Analytics — usage analytics as described above
• Cloudflare — content delivery network, web security, and cookieless web analytics
• Stripe — payment and billing processing for paid services; card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored on our servers
• codaForms — our form-handling infrastructure, which processes and stores form submissions you send us

These providers operate according to their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them.

Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only

• with the service providers listed above, solely to provide our service;
• when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and property;
• with your consent or at your direction.

California privacy rights (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, delete it, correct it, and opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information. Our service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. SMS / text messaging

If you provide your mobile phone number and consent to receive text messages from Codasite LLC, we collect and store your phone number, your opt-in record (source, date, and time of consent), and the content of messages you send to and receive from us. We use this information solely to deliver the messages you signed up for, respond to your inquiries, and maintain a record of your consent.

Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are never sold and are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data will be shared only with service providers acting on our behalf (such as our messaging delivery provider) to the extent necessary to send the messages you requested.
